The H6 is Haval's mid-size SUV, a step up from the compact Haval Jolion and a rival to the Chery Tiggo 9 and Chery Tiggo Cross HEV, both of which we do stock. Haval is a Great Wall Motor (GWM) brand, but we don't have an H6 on our floor at the moment.
From R495 500 to R799 900, depending on engine and drivetrain. We don't sell the H6 yet, so these are published list prices, not our own. The petrol, HEV and GT prices come from a June 2025 cars.co.za launch article and the PHEV prices from its 2026 PHEV article, so confirm the current figure with a GWM dealer before you budget.

Three names, two vehicles. The H6 is the main SUV, and it comes as a 2.0T petrol, a 1.5T HEV (the self-charging hybrid, often searched as "H6 HEV") and a 1.5T PHEV you plug in. The H6 GT is a separate, sportier-styled plug-in flagship at the top of the price list.
If you see "Haval H6" quoted at R495 500 in one place and R699 900 in another, they are different powertrains, not a dealer mark-up.

The petrol H6 uses a 2.0-litre turbo with 170 kW and 380 Nm through a 9-speed dual-clutch automatic. The HEV pairs a 1.5-litre turbo with a hybrid system for 179 kW and 530 Nm combined. The plug-in hybrid (PHEV) makes 240 kW in front-wheel drive or 268 kW in the 4WD Hi-4 version.
